I did not see the doctor because I was in there for a scan for my periodontist. Everyone was courteous and constantly cleaning in this pandemic environment. I did not see the financial curve ball coming my way. That's OK!

I have been to Dr. Kiely before and he is a wonderful Dentist. The only thing I was disappointed with this visit was that I went, thinking I was to have a tooth extracted. Instead, it was a consultation. and the extraction is about a month away.

Past military experience for Dr. Kiely adds discipline in the way he approaches his work. Extremely friendly along with the rest of the staff and never pressures you into doing any work that is not absolutely necessary.

I needed to have someone to identify and remove a protrusion on my inner lip which was causing me to "play" with it with my tongue. The doctor relieved my worries by telling me that it was probably not cancerous ( later proved true based on the lab results). He removed the problem area, put in several stitches ( which self-absorbed within a few days), and offered pain reliever - if desired. Did not need the drugs - just used some Tylenol the first evening. The treated area has healed nicely. I was impressed by the professional and pleasant interactions with the doctor and all of the staff. I would recommend Coastal Oral Surgery to any of my friends/family who need that type of assistance.
